These Billing & Refund Terms apply when you buy a paid plan, subscription or other paid feature from Geepers (ABN 15 968 140 556). They are made under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, and apply in addition to our Terms of Use and, for organisations, our Organisation & API Terms. Some features may be offered free; where they are, no fee applies to them.

The features and price of each plan are shown at the point of purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We may offer free and paid tiers, and may change the features included in a plan on reasonable notice.

Prices are stated as inclusive or exclusive of GST at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you authorise us (via that provider) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method, and you agree to keep your payment details current.

Subscriptions continue and renew for each billing period until cancelled. We will let you know in advance of any change to your renewal price, so you can decide whether to continue.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.

Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund, or to a repair or replacement, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For minor problems that can be fixed, we may choose to fix them within a reasonable time.

Outside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable — for example, for a change of mind or for a period you have already been given access to. To request a refund or raise a problem, contact support@geepers.io.

We may offer free features or trials. We may change or withdraw free features or trials on reasonable notice. No fee is payable for a free tier.

If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or downgrade paid features after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem.

We may change our prices. We will give reasonable advance notice of a price change that affects you. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use after it takes effect means you accept the new price.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
